The cost of a dinner for children in Y3 - Y6 will be £2.98 for the next school year 2026/27 and school meals can be ordered via SchoolGrid.

Children in Reception, Y1 & Y3 receive Universal Infant Free School.

The Government is changing the rules for Free School Meals (FSM) from September 2026.

All families receiving Universal Credit will now be entitled to free school meals, split into two categories based on annual household earnings.

Targeted FSM: Earnings of £7,400 or less (* school receives extra Pupil Premium funding).

Expanded FSM: Earnings above £7,400.

Allergies:

Where a pupil/s have been identified that they have an allergen or intolerance to certain food groups the school admin will liaise with the child’s parents / guardians to obtain medical confirmation from a pupil/s GP and/or Pediatric Dietician verifying the child’s ongoing dietary requirements
Please note: No change of diet will be actioned until the medical confirmation letter has been received.

Snacks

Infants will continue to receive free fruit and veg snacks as part of the 'School Fruit and Vegetable' Scheme.

Juniors will be able to purchase snacks at breaktime via SchoolGrid.
