My interests:  I love going on holiday abroad and staycations in 'Bertie' my motorhome. 

I have 3 grandchildren and a cat called Lola. 

Fun fact about me: Whilst head chef at Halifax town hall, I cooked for Prince Charles, Richard Branson, various soap stars and Halifax rugby team when they brought the Challenge Cup winner trophy home in 1987/88.
